Firstly, I know you said don't tell you not to go on a crash diet, but I am afraid it will not work. Please do this instead. Print this out, and if you want more information please email me.
For breakfast - 75g muesli (weigh it, you need scales)
Mid morning snack - fruit
Lunch - one slice bread, small amount of protein, salad (loads)
Mid afternoon snack - fruit
Tea - 50g rice and stew with mostly veg, if you loads of veg and not much meat you can have loads of it
Bed time - mullerlight.
I promise you that if you stick to this you will lose weight.
Exercise for 1/2 hour a day and build it up. You will not get a heart attack if you are used to it. If anyone sees you they are most likely to say "good on you". If they do not they are crappy people.
I have made the diet easy to follow. Please eat everything on it so you do not slow your metabolism.
Good luck,

Hello Lydia
Don't panic. "If there's a will, there's a way."
I can see that you have the will to achieve something you really want. I admire you for that. I am not here to give you a lecture on pursuing crash diet because you already know the dangers involved. I do not recommend it.
What I can tell you however, is another way of losing weight. No dieting is involved.
However, there is no fast rule about this.
It is gradual. If you want fast, you go under surgery.
Start tomorrow morning.
Scrap whatever you had been drinking before.
Drink this instead.
In a mug, pour boiling water.
Add a tablespoonful of honey
Add a tablespoonful of cider vinegar.
Drink this every morning.
Eat but avoid fatty foods.
Eat more fruit instead of biscuits or chocolate bars.
The above is just for weight loss.
You still need some form of exercise to tone you up.
You could go for walks progressing to further distances as you find it easier.
Then when you feel able to...you could attempt hills or steps.
You could attempt stretching your arms above your head, in front of you or behind you to aid your flexibility.
You could raise your each of your legs up and down while you are having a bath.
Good Luck!

Go for long walks, an hour and a half a day is key. The important thing is to get your heart rate over 100 and keep it there for a long time. Remember not to get it too high, keep it under 160 or it's dangerous AND when your heart rate is too high you stop burning calories and your body is much less efficient at burning energy and will do you no good if you want to lose!!! Don't do a crash diet!!! I would recommend eating salad for lunch and dinner with a little meat. Don't skip breakfast, statistically you are apt to lose more if you eat breakfast because it jumpstarts your metabolism for the day. One more thing, make sure to get a good multivitamin and make sure to get calcium in your system with vitamin D to help absorb. Calcium will also help your body to lose a little more statistically. I'm working on the same thing right now and I'm focused more on exercising and eating right than on a set diet right now. My wedding is 2 months away and I want to look good in that dress! Good luck to you!

First: do not worry about other people watching. Hey, you might even be an example to many. You come first in this matters, so go on do your work out as needed.
Second: Cardio exercises are the best to lose weight. So jog, or do whatever gets your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes every time you exercise. 3 or 4 times a week could be enough as you also need to rest for the body to recuperate AND get the benefits. So be careful you do not over do it.
Do not worry about a heart attack. Just do things wright: Get a pulsometer if you can to monitor your heart rate. If not, jog, or speed walk or whatever you decide to do as cardio exercise in such a manner in which you can say a sentence or two without gasping for air. If you can only say a two or three words and become breathless, you are overdoing it.
Start slowly and end your routine slowly too. Let your heart rate go up and then back down gradually.
Try to do the 30 minutes of cardio 3 to 4 times a week, If you are not able to do it, work towards it. Just a brisk walk could be enough if you raise your heart rate to about 120 beats per minute.
Third:
Do some toning up exercises.
You will need to firm up your muscles for they are the fat burners. Since you are going to jog, work on your arms, back, abs, shoulders. (Upper body). You can do it during the rest days from joggin. 2 to 3 times a week is enough. Get some weights, or elastic bands (they are great) or do some push ups, cruches, dipps, etc.
You do not need to get bulky, just to firm up.
As with the cardio, you will have to work on it to get to a good fitness level, it takes time and overdoing will only discourage you do to tireness.
No pain no gain is absolutly false.
Always stretch a little before and after exercise, it will help you avoid injury and speed up recuperation.
Watch and schedule rest days!
They are as important as work out days. It is while we rest that our body gets the benefits from exercise and that tissues recuperate and get ready for more. So consider rest days and do rest.
Last;
Watch what you eat.
A crash diet could be worst that a sensible diet. It is better to eat 4 or 5 times a day to get your metabolism going that to eat only 2 times a day. Just divide the amount of food you NEED in 4 or 5 portions.
Stay away from fatty foods and sugar. (Watch what you drink, there is a lot of hidden sugar in many drinks) Sugar if not burned quickly will become fat. (as does alcohol).
Avoid white bread, pastry, white rice. Eat veggies, fruit, lean meats, fish, and whole grain products.
With the determination you show and a plan similar to what I have suggested, you will lose those extra pounds in no time and be pretty fit.
Do not worry if you achieve it by June or in September, you will get there and look and feel better every day.
Just get to work, be smart about it, do not overdo it, and be constant, that is the key element-
Luck!

I've tried many diets and couldn't make anything work. Since having my first child, I've been carrying around an extra 30 pounds. This diet just made sense and showed me that everything I was doing before was wrong and a waste of my time.
The plan was so refreshing and so simple to follow. I did everything plan said and lost 23 pounds in the first three weeks. I'm now starting the diet again to lose 7 more pounds. This plan has changed my life.
Get started today!

First thing is you are only 18 so you have so much time. All you need are 3 healthy meals a day and a good 30 minute speed walk and maybe some swimming. Please do not crash diet as I have seen the damage it can do. About 2lbs a day is enough to lose, but appearance is better and muscle weighs more than fat so if you develop nice shaped muscles this will help burn fat and give you that nice figure you seek. Trust me and take your time. Good luck

Eat more meats and vegetables in your meals and do aerobic exercises, or even fast paced dancing. I began Salsa dancing and have lost about 10 pounds in the past month. The dancing has been easy for me to get into since it's fun and not "work".
No need to be bulemic/annorexic, just eat better and exercise/dance.
