In terms of actual experience, you'll find little difference between pilots & FAs simply because aircraft emergencies that require fast exiting of passengers are extremely rare, so it's unlikely on a given flight that any of the crew members have done it before.

In terms of training however, the FAs are specifically trained for the job of exiting passengers. Pilots are too to some degree, in case of injury/incapacity to the FAs, but as others have stated, it's the job of FAs, not pilots, to clear the cabin.

In regards to experience level, unless they have been involved in an accident/incident that required the immediate evacuation of an aircraft, they are equal.
With regard to training, all members of the crew (captain to Flight attendants) are trained in emergency evacuation procedures. It is however the F/A's responsibility to ensure the safe and expeditious evacuation of all passengers. Which is done in part before every flight when they explain where the emergency exits are, how to use your seat as a floatation device, and when they ask if the person sitting in the emergency exit seats will accept the responsibility of opening the emergency exit door.
Most people ignore the demonstration. I would suggest you pay attention every time.
