If it is so-called liver spots from aging...ask a pharmacist what to recommend.

If she was born that way, it would be troublesome and dangerous to use a skin bleaching cream on the whole body (Michael Jackson must be a mess by now). Cosmetics could be used, but that is a lot of mess for the whole body and unnatural looking. She should try to appreciate herself the way she is.Or if too uncomfortable with that , she could try to find a country where everyone has the same skin color as her, so she won't feel "different" (but that is really up to her).

Not doable. Perhaps some makeup could tone her color down. But the best way is to pick out her pretty or beautiful, or striking features and play them UP instead of trying to play part of her DOWN. Work on your personality, become a person others want to be around. That means kind, knowledgeably, go to school. Learn. Clean is important in all areas of our lives. Good living to you.

dont go tanning anymore wear sunscreen instead and lots of it that should tone it down a little, and wear makeup that brightens her skin a little too..
