I can't get my Rundll32.exe back?

I accidentally deleted my rundll32.exe (it wasn't me it was an anti-spyware program i ran) and now i cant change my background, time, or anything along those lines. Anyone know how i can get it back? I dont know if i even have my original Win XP Disk

You really need your installation disk - if you have that you can boot from the CD and run a repair.

ok just... PANICK!!! lol just kiddin. you might have malware togh :( id download an anti-virus, and anti-spy.
