Usually, the ones who win most in lotteries & gambling of any sort are the "hosts." The states, casinos & bookies who sponsor the game make out in the end.
I don't think that divine intervention has anything to do with people winning.

The lotto is a game of chance.
My parents won the Colorado State lotto back on 30 January 1993 when I was 13 (I'm all grown up, married, have my own family and live out of country now).

(only my dad's name appears on the sheet - & if you want to know who he is, look at my 360 page and see where I grew up)
They won 5 million, but there were two other winners so each wound up only getting $1,783,674.00. Back then they only had annuity (to be paid out over 25 years) so they're still getting their yearly checks. My mom quit her job after that.
My parents are very religious and spent a good portion of the money that they first got to help build a Catholic orphanage in India (one of our close family friends is a Catholic priest from India).

It's by G-d's grace that you win or lose. However if G-d doesn't "allow" you to win, there's no real reason to "blame" G-d. The point is that G-d has not determined that you're ready to take on this responsibility or perhaps there is another purpose for your life than simply winning the lotto.

Well, I think that the lotto is notgood, because most of the time, it goes to people who are already rich, making them richer, and not helping anyone in need. I would blame god if I were desperate and he didn't help me in my time of need.

truthfully, i could pick a ideal existence significant different. Happiness to me is maximum needed. in simple terms reason you have $3 hundred million money would not advise you would be happy. So a promise which you would be happy your total existence makes a distinction. Plus how many women do you think of could use you if that found out you had money?... additionally, its no longer that easy to discover the affection of your existence.

not sure if He advocates gambling. Maybe winning the lotto is a curse rather than a blessing - are you that materialistic? :)

If I lose at any type of gambling which I do sometimes I only blame myself. It's the risk you take.
