Ok
1) take a shower and wash hair with volumizing shampoo and conditioner
2) put volumizing mousse and blow dry hair with ur head upside down to create major volume.
3) Spray you hair lightly with hairspray
4) With a 1 inch curling iron, curl random pieces with the iron in different ways. Like curl them in different directions as in curl some pieces towards the direction of your face and some in the direction facing the other direction
5) Spray hair with hairspray and then shake hair to make a beachy look

reccomeneded:

Sunsilk Volumizing shamppo, conditioner, and creme (the yellow one)
Herbal Essences Volumizing Hairspray ( orange one)
Conair 1 inch curling iron

there is a really neat styling tool, it's a three-barrel waver. it looks like a curling iron, and is used like a crimper. You can find one at target, and online for under $20! http://www.target.com/gp/detail.html/sr=1-7/qid=1173629866/ref=sr_1_7/602-7718842-9597423?ie=UTF8&asin=B000065DK4

you should get a curling iron and LOOSELY curl it...if that fails then get a half-perm.
