If you are in UK with a student visa, you can join immediately.
If you are in Kenya, you must enrol on a course and send part of the fees. They will send you an offer letter to use when you apply for a student visa at the British High Commission. If you fail to get the visa, they will return your fees.

Write to them and ask for details and what is required for admission to the college. Get the address via the web.
