I am 13 years old and I have a problem with my stomach. I get mysterious pains in my abdomen. I have been going to Children's Hospital for testing and my doctor has narrowed down the diagnosis to either gastritis or irritable bowel syndrome. I would like to know how to gain without eating a LOT because I just can't do that.

Your best bet is to contact a nutritionist. This person is capable of helping you with your dietary needs and shows you what foods you should eat and avoid based on your medical conditions. Don't play around with your health, seek professional advise. You'll be surprised that certain foods are what triggers your mysterious pains.

Mix some of the powder stuff body builders use and mix it into smoothies and stuff. The other thing would be to include more calorie laden foods into your diet.
