Well, translations are quite an art. It is important to know the "intended meaning" to make the translation more accurate:
The direct word-by-word translation will be "desearia poder deshacer todo lo malo que te he hecho para que vuelvas a ser mia de nuevo"
If you are trying to say sorry to someone, you need to change it little bit to something like this "desearia poder deshacer todo el mal que te he hecho para que volvieras a ser mia"
Look that there are subtle changes in the second one, which I thing fit much better your "sorry" intended meaning.
