The program itself is legal. Using it to download copyrighted software, videos, music or images is not legal. I stopped using it, because it is like a germ warfare factory-crawling with viruses!

I have heard that it is not here in the US, but the US government cannot close down the site because they are based out of New Zealand.

tHE PROGRAM IS LEGAL, BUT IT ALOWS U TO DOWN LOAD ILLEGAL(COPYRIGHTED FILES) wHICH IS WAT MOST PEOPLE DO WITH IT
