sure, but theres a risk of u getting those nasty red bumps and grown in hair. in that case u would want to wear a tshirt for a long time.
but if ur skin is not 2 sensitive then go a head

Yes waxing your arms is fine.Alot of woman that have very dark hair and lots of it do so. So if your not comfortable with the way they look then go for it.Good luck

i wax my arms. its okay to do although it hurts a little. just be sure never to shave them because it grows back thicker.

I wouldn't really shave or wax my arms. Because really why would you want to do that?

i think so even though it probably hurts. but if your arms have excess hair i'm sure it would be fine to do. just don't ever shave it.
