Here in WA, several years ago, when a 16 year old molested my 5 year old daughter, he and his parents were allowed to read my daughter's statements against him, but I was not allowed to read them because the accuser was a minor.
I found it stupid that I couldn't read statements made by my own daughter, who was very much a minor, so I could have a better idea of what was going on with her.

The most stupid law I know of does not even exists but most everyone thinks it does. That bogus law that does not exists is the one the irs says you must file your taxes.
