Use a little Listerine with a Q-tip it is an anti-bacterial. Also as a preventive get a bottle of either witch hazel or rubbing alcohol. Use cotton pads out of the health and beauty section and wipe over face at least two times a day. It will hurt at first but it is worth it.

The fastest (and easiest) way that I get rid of pimples.

Things You'll Need
A tissue
A little nail scissor

Instructions
STEP 1: Wash your hands and face
It's important to be clean while you're doing this.

STEP 2: Open the pimple What I mean by this is take the little nail scissors and cut off the top of the pimple. It's better if you don't touch it prior to cutting the top off because it remains sharper and it'll be easier and less painful to open it.

STEP 3: Squeeze or wipe the puss off of the pimple. The only reason why the pimple is there is because it has puss in it. Don't listen to others and how they say don't pop it. The faster you pop it, the sooner you'll have it off of your face. Make sure you squeeze all of the puss out or else it'll heal and remain on your face.

STEP 4: Wipe off the blood .Take the tissue and wipe off the blood that leaked. This gets the area clean and will help it heal faster. It's better to hold it in place for about a minute.

STEP 5: Let it form a scab .Whatever you do, you must let it form a scab. Don't add any cream on it because there's a risk of it getting infected again. The scab will eventually fall off. When it does, only a small, almost invisible mark will be left.

Overall Tips & Warnings
After a scab forms, feel free to put some blush on it (ladies) to hide it a little.

Do NOT forget to wash your hands.
Make sure that the scissors are clean!

Do NOT put any cream on the area after it's been popped!

DO NOT CUT OFF THE PIMPLE AT THE BOTTOM!! IT WILL HURT AND IT WILL BLEED MORE.

Do NOT pick off the scab because it will bleed and it will have a risk of getting infected again.

Do NOT use the same tissue for wiping off the puss and wiping off the blood!

Dear First understand why pimples come. Knowing the real problem is the best solution. Pimples come due to firstly changes in our body at specific age and due to disorders in our stomach. In both reason heat is in base. This stomach is the biggest friend as well as enemy of a healthy body. If it is clean and working in order then heaven and hell in reverse.
Now your problem.....PIMPLES. ok

1. Follow routine in your daily life.
2. Give fuel i.e. food to ur body timely.
3. Drink lots of water.
4. Getup early in the morning and drink 1 litre of water. it will be difficult in begining. But start with one glass at least. It will work as a flush to ur somach. Better if u keep water in copper vessel in the evening for morning.
5. Take fresh air means morning walk.
6. Before you go to bed must wash your face.
7. When you get up in the morning again wash your face.
8. keep cleaning ur face occasionaly.
9. Reduce intake of oily food and faty food as meat, puri etc.
10. NEVER NEVER tamper the pimples it will leave mark. If broken I suggest to apply some Fitkari (I hope you understand what fitkari is as you seems to be an Indian Manisha).
Last but not least I wont suggest to use cream, acidic cream or any other lotion.
But yes you can uply grounded cucumber or Turmeric and Sandal (Chandan) paste but home made.
Dont believe on market promise for their tubes, creams etc It may not suit your skin.

raw unpasturized apple cider vinegar..
Angelina O, has found that applying ACV topically to her face several times a day (4 or more times) has cured her of a "very bad complexion". She reports that she applies it straight and that while it burns her skin a bit, it still works like a miracle!

Cheryl writes, "My daughter developed a case of moderate acne, and after trying a number of different things for over a year which helped very little or not at all, she started drinking 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar three times a day and applying it topically once at night. She has
been acne free for two months. It took about three weeks to clear up."

you can get it at the health food store, or in some super marktet health food sections.
good luck

If you rub an ice cube over your face after washing, and at night, you will tighten the skin which helps in the long run. The result is also that the blackheads will be more easily squeezed out. The ice cube will close up the enlarged pore a bit afterwards. Its all a bit of a long-term solution, so good luck.

Put a small dab of toothpaste where there is a pimple but be sure its not the gel kind. Also, taking an ice cube and rubbing it on your face helps too.
