Here's one from cooks.com:

FROZEN STRAWBERRY BANANA SMOOTHIE
16 oz. strawberries
2 very ripe bananas (browning peel)
1 cup sugar
1 Ziploc freezer bag
2 cups ice
1 cup water

Rinse strawberries in cold water and remove stems. Place in freezer bag with sugar. Peel bananas and put in bag. Shake bag. Put bag in freezer for at least 2 hours. Pour frozen fruit into blender. Add ice and water. Blend well.

You could also try using apple or orange juice instead of milk.

You can substitute soy milk for almost any recipe calling for milk (or rice milk or almond milk). You can soymilk and tofu at larger groceries or at the health food store.
