It would be a BAD idea to date anyone you work with. Plus, the twenty year age difference doe's help any either.

NEVER EVER DATE YOUR BOSS. That is a bad decision every time. What happens if you two don't work out? How can you work with him? What if he give you a promotion after you start dating? Is it because you deserve it or because you sleep with him? As you can see there is a lot to think about when having an office relationship. If you two really want to see each other I would suggest one of you change to a different department to make sure there is no conflict of interests. Good luck

Hell yeah!! Older man rock!!! Ive always preferred the older man myself so I'd say go for it....the age isnt as big an issue when you get to our age (im nearly 30 too). Infact i find older men more attractive, they have fabulous manners and really know how to treat a lady (well most do anyway) Goodluck x

there is no problem with age gaps as long as you both feel at the same stage in your lives and want the same thing. look at cathrine zeta jones and michael douglas there happy. the hole thing of that person being your boss might be a problem though in the future if it doesnt work but what the hell you only live once

It's absolutely no wrong to date your boss even if he's 20 years older than you are as long as you like him/her.You must remember that age doesn't realy matters to someone who truly love.

the age thing isnt bad u you 2 realt have chemistry, but I dont think its a good idea to date your boss. Think about what happens if things go south? she has the ability to fire you. n most workplaces have rules aganst that sort f thing, you might both be putting your jobs @ risk.

Why should you be worried about his age? If you're both free to be in a relationship, why shouldn't you date him?
You could also see if sex with an older person is better, whether they're more sexually adventurous.

Are you SURe you are attracted to him or his possition? Some women find power very attractive and you may just want to date him so it makes you feel more powerful. Be careful, you may be risking more than what it is worth.

if he wasnt your boss i could say you date him. i date a man, i am 26yrs and he is 49yrs,we love each other,age doesnt matter, in your case the word boss matters, it can cause problems at work.
