they dont work
I was 21stone and started off on orlistat until they gave me the runs irrespective of what i ate.
I went on to have a gastric bypass and have lost 10 and a half stone.I run a free online support group for weight loss surgery patients post op pre op and those considering.
email me for more info if you need.
Please please please dont consider taking orlistat if its not been prescribed by a mediacl proffesional.
Good luck

I took it for about 2 months with no weight loss but loads of wind and stomach pains. I gave up at this point as felt it wasnt doing anything for me!
I hope you have better luck with it than i did!

I took it for 6 months, I didn't lose weight on it, all that happened was that I had really bad stomach cramps and yucky greasy number 2's and discharges.
Not nice. I am now wanting a gastric bypass.
