Is there free will in heaven?

Since the Bible says there will be no sin in heaven, will we be robots?

"Free will" is a grossly misunderstood phrase.

The will of a person is not "free", in that a person's choices are based upon their nature. A person's choices cannot be "free" of their nature. In other words, the mental choice a person makes is bound to their deepest desire, which is determined by their nature.

You may say you "freely" choose even something simple, like vanilla over chocolate ice cream. But I would say, you were not "free" in this decision, for it was vanilla that you truly desired...and, in one sense, you had no choice. Then, so as "just to prove me wrong", you would choose chocolate. But again, I would say you were not free in that decision, either. Your truest desire was not the flavor, but to prove me wrong...but either way, that decision was based on your deepest desire, bound to your very nature.

Being bound to our nature and not having "free will" does not mean that we are robots, but merely that we are creatures bound to our very natures. Our minds do not work independently of our hearts and our natures. This does not mean we are physically, mentally, and emotionally controlled like puppets or robots. It merely means that we are at the mercy of who we are, which means (of course), we are at the mercy of our Creator, who made us as we are.

In this fallen world (since the Garden of Eden incident), we are born into sin...it is in our very natures to sin. Therefore, everybody sins. We are not robots, that are physically forced to sin. Rather, we are sinful by nature, and we desire to sin...and we choose to sin. Again, we choose to sin not because we are "free", but because that is our very nature!

Salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ is more involved (from a Biblical perspective) than most make it out to be.

It involves Justification, Sanctification, and Glorification.

In Justification, righteousness is imputed.
In Sanctification, righteousness is imparted.
In Glorification, righteousness is impeccable.

Imputed means that we are credited as sinless.
Imparted means that a new "holy" nature is given to us (the Holy Spirit). Though, in this life, the old nature is still around. Thus, a Christian is "free" to sin or to not sin...and the battle as seen in Romans, chapter 7 is the normal Christian life.
Impeccable means that the old nature is finally gone for good. This happens when a true Christian dies.

In heaven, the Christian no longer has the "old nature" to deal with. Therefore, there is no DESIRE to sin. Therefore, in heaven, there is no sin. It is NOT that people in heaven are robots, it is just that we will have no inclination to sin...so we just simply won't sin.

Yes there will be no sin cause the devil will nott be their to tempt us. Sin is all because of the devil and the devil has no more powwer over us when we get to heaven. We will not be robots, we will have all our 5 senses and all of our memories.

The solutions are everywhere in the map, and all are the two "valid" (or invalid), because of the fact heaven, as a very imaginary place or state of being, is one among those content-unfastened psychological projective attempt, like an empty room that religious believers can beautify and grant with despite stuff they desire.

First off, nobody knows a thing about heaven. there isnt any wy to know! you just gotta wait. Second, why would you care? Heaven is gonna be the most amazing place ever, so why would you need to worry about it!

JESUS: DO not offend God in any of His Attributes that are TEN because it is on them that the harmony of the universe rests.

I am God, the Sovereign.

I am God, with a Perfect Morality.

I am God, the Merciful Love.

I am God, Eternal Life.

I am God, Truth.

I am God, Omniscient and having all knowledge.

I am God, Omnipotent and all-powerful.

I am God, Unchanging: there are no changes in My Nature and attributes ever.

I am God, always Fair.

None of My attributes can be altered against one another.

I am Merciful Love as the same time than I am Justice.

I am Omniscient as the same time than I am Omnipotent.



I repeat: it is how the harmony of the world and of the whole universe is maintained.

Do not expect Me to change and do not expect My Holy Will to give in to yours. Man is more and more disobedient to all My Holy Laws and I cannot go against My Holy Decision. I have to fix right now what is being distorted and goes against My Holy Attributes.



I am Fair. Your are all suffering from the inevitable effects that affect the one who doesn’t want to follow My Way of Truth: he goes astray and loses his way. I am the Truth.



How do you want to straighten up a tree without a stake? An iron bar is straightened up between the anvil and the hammer: nothing can straighten up by itself when it is already bent.

I am going to come to your rescue, but not before you feel the consequences of your choices, because it is you who have chosen. You know My Law and My Commandments and you know that I have never changed and that I will never changed. I am UNCHANGING.

You want to use My Infinite Mercy, but you are not without knowing that My Justice is also Infinite. How are you going to go through it? God always catches the small fish that escapes from the net, but it is in order to put it back where it belongs: the sea that is its element where it can grow.

No need to lie when you know that you have cheated, because I saw it and My Justice is forcing you to look inside yourself and to intervene, quickly, before it is too late. It is better to endure a small suffering than to go through a big torment. That is how all the cataclysms start, when you disturb the Nature that obeys Me and the Laws that rule you, because the more serious the offences are, the more strongly the Nature reacts, because the Nature worships Me, accepting Me as its Creator and Protector of the four elements: the air, the fire, the earth and the water.

Do not be surprised when you see devastation in a far away land causing hundreds of deaths by water and fire when right here you have just gone passed over the frontier of what was forbidden.

God is Omnipotent and almighty in His Work.

The whole Nature stands by God its creator, the way you should all stand by each other, as I have asked the Father: “ O Father May they all be ONE, just as you are in Me and I am in You”.

Do not be surprised: the prayer of a Good Son is always heard. Do not rebel. God has a perfect morality. Do not be surprised if your brothers are paying the price of your own faults. Do not be surprised if hundreds of innocent children are going to pay for a very serious sin of only one brother. Because the more serious is the sin, the more they will be who need to pay for it. God is Fair.



The Eternal Father: My Son JESUS has paid for the multitude all the sins that have been committed, that are committed and that will be committed during the End of Time.

Because if the Innocent One has paid for all His brothers so the Kingdom of Heaven doesn’t close on you all, and the Gate stays open, all the more reason for Me His Father and your Father, I the only God Sovereign and who gives eternal life, I tell you:

You all who are not innocent, you are risking your own life because of the one who has just committed a sin against God and against His Law. Look around you the Horror of the sin committed against God, because His attributes can’t be touched and the balance of the world and of the whole universe depends on them. You must pray not to be lead into temptation because it is a grave moment because man takes pleasure in offending God and His Holy Law in His adorable Commandments.

You must all know that no lightning conductor can protect you from God’s Justice. God is Omniscient: nothing can be hidden from His Sight

My Justice is Merciful. I have the Heavens wide open for all of you who are still coming today. And for those who move out of my Way, I ask for Repentance. And they will obtain My Forgiveness.

This is the Word of Jesus-Christ in the Holy Will of the Almighty.

We don't really know because no ones ever been to heaven and back (except Christ) But if God didn't want us to have free will he wouldn't have created us that way.

But we have free will on earth as to whether or not we want to partake in Heaven.
