my hairs really soft, not dry, but it still continues to break alot when i dry it with a towel, rub it or brush it, whats a really good product to use in this case?

Your hair breaks off due to dryness, NOT moisture. You need a good conditioner. And yes it is good to take vitamins. Go to a salon and purchase climatress and ppt by Redkin. It is a moisturizer and protein. You can mix them half and half and apply to your hair leave on 20 minutes or so and rinse.

My hair used to be like this. Get some recontruct by Joico. Salons sell it but you can also buy it online too search on google for it. Its great stuff! I tried loads of different ones before I found this 1 and never turned back since!

Its amazing stuff! Really helps to repair the hair. I still use it now and my hair is amazing now, really soft and very shiny.. Have a good trim too this will help also.

i had alot of breakage to, i went to the hair salon so they could fix it. they told me it could be what i was eating and they also asked what kind of moisturizers i was using. maybe these are your problems

you probably need protein...it may be breaking from too much moisture. Try infusium 23 leave in spray conditioner from walmart.
