I lost 105 pounds in 6 months. Here is how I did it.
1. Every morning get up and walk for 45 minutes. You can start with less time, but you want to get up to 45 minutes, and it must be fast walk. You want your heart rate to go up. It must be in the morning, it kick starts your metabolism.
2. I cut out Red Meat, and fatty foods. Boneless skinnless chicken breast, baked, or grilled, rice and vegetables (steamed).
3. Eat half. Just eat half of what you normally eat. Put 1/2 on your plate, and put the rest away. Cook less. When you go to fast food, get salads only. Or grilled chicken. No fries, only diet soda. Or water.
It will work, once you get into a routine, you will get hooked on the results, and you will keep the routine. It has been over a year for me.
Also start counting your calories. Write them down. You would be amazed as to how much more aware you are of your caloric intake, if you actually write it down. We recently discovered a site that offers a great program that counts calories, as well as keeps track of everything. It allows multiple users, so everyone in the family can keep track. They offer a free 7 day trial, and so far I am very impressed with the product. Try the 7 days and see. There are three main ways to lose weight quickly.
1) Use only water as liquid and eliminate all other liquid drinks from your diet. You must drink as much water as possible every day. You must drink about half of your weight. If you have weight of 200 pounds then you must drink about 100 oz of water.
2) The interval between the eating is very important. If you eat once, then you must eat next after 4 hours. You must take breakfast regularly. In the night eat your food three hours before going to bed.
3) Walking is very good. You must walk as much as you can. Walk everywhere you can. Use of elevators and escalators must be reduced and instead of these you must climb stairs more often.
These are some of the fastest ways to lose weight. By just following the simple steps, you can lose your weight very quickly. You must consult your doctor if want to change your diet or exercise routine.

Early morning you take 1 cup warm water add
1 teaspoon lime juice +1teaspoon honey drink it
after 1/2 an hour do some exercise,take little
breakfast,see after 2 month you look slim.do it everyday sincerely.

Do regular exercise,have a healthy food ,avoid oily or fried snacks, avoid fast food,drink 7-8 glass of water.If it is possible,walk for 20-30 minutes. Don't take medicine or pills to reduce Ur wt.

Wanting to be thin doesn't mean that you stop eating and start starving. Ensure that you have a balanced diet.
As exercise you could opt for walking, swimming,cycling or even taking to the stairs instead of the lift.

Please follow these instructions...
- avoid fatty and spicy meals as far as possible
- avoid junk food
- take salads and green vegitables plenty
- reduce intake of sweets and sugar
- avoid heavy meals
- do adequate and regular exercises and yoga
- do not sleep in the day time
If you follow these instructions sincerely, you are bound to loose extra weight and look smart and beautiful.

a healthy diet and 30 mins of walking everyday is an economical way to loose wt.
healthy diet comprises of LESS salt,sugar,fat intake BUT NOT NIL mind u
have a filling breakfast,light lunch,and even lighter dinner.
for mid day hunger pangs eat fruits,raw veggies.
drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water daily.
dont overeat.join a gym if u please.

dont go for dieting.............just have balanced diet......exercise daily,do meditation and yoga......walking is also good for health....take a break from junk foods........eat nutritious food with high in fibre.........dont join gym.....according to experience i am telling you.i am sure by six months your weight will be reduced till some extent.all the best.

avoid eating carbohydrate rich foods. especially rice, and then junk foods, don eat fat rich food. exercise is the best way to reduce weight in the areas u wish to reduce
