You can but it will cost you and you have to show that it has caused you real damage either financially or psychologically. Costing even more money.

And if you lose they can turn around and sue you. And they will have an easier time of it since the judge in your case said they did nothing wrong. Again costing you more money. Usually it is better to handle it diferently. But this would depend all on what your particular circumstance is.

I was framed by a person that burned down their own house..They got on the news and told everyone in town it was me...I had to take a 7 hour polygraph just to clear my name...The police are so crooked they havent even done a thing to these people that tried to frame me, and its been 4 1/2 years. Try getting a good job or treated fairly in my town...I had the option to sue them but what would it be worth...Just a headache, because if they obviously got away with arson, then they could most likely find there way not to pay...I say move on and dont be a sissy. And I had all the evidence I needed, including the persons own friend to testify...
The funny thing is the police, including the state fire marshall, were so hellbound on blaming me, yet it was so obvious these people commited it themselves..They left for one hour that night to go to dinner, and they claim they came home after one hour and the house was completely in flames..This was after I beat the persons a%^$ in a fight the same day..
How dumb could a person be. And how crooked could the police be letting those criminals get away with it. that night they automatically told the news that the fight definately had something to do with it. Usually in a tragic situation people are thanking God noone got hurt, not automatically blaming an innocent person.
Then not even six months later my brother got in severe car wreck and it was covered up by the chief of police...Because the person that nearly killed him was the township supervisors son( age 38) and also a coowner in his fathers company, and he was driving a company truck...All I know is im sick and tired of the police corruption around here, and these criminals all needto be brought to justice...............................................................................................................................................................................

if you can find a lawyer who likes the case you can sue anybody for anything. if you know enough you can do it yourself.
