I have a 1.95kg pork joint. How long should I cook it for and ay what temp?

I should add that my wife will be eating it... So it is just more than points on the line here!

If you like it well done.
1st= if you like the crackling, put salt on skin and cook it on high (about 250) for about 30 mins or until you can smell it or you can see crackling bubbling.
2nd reduce heat a lot (about 100) cook overnight or for several hours - meat will be well done AND germs wil be dead dead.

For pork, I like to preheat the oven at about 200 for about 30 minutes. When I put the meat in the oven, I reduce the heat to 180. For 1.95kg, I would cook it for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. If you cover it, cook a little longer and remove cover for the final 10 to 15 minutes.

120 °c for max two hours.
from time to time, use it's own juice to hydrate so it won't burn.
