Organizing, organizing, organizing!!!
I keep a long thing basket on the back of my toilet to organize toiletries. We have a large basket in our family room for blankets/throws. I have friends who use large baskets for their photo albums. I keep our computer games in a nice basket on our computer desk.
When we entertain I line baskets with cloth napkins and fill them with chips, crackers, pretzels, etc. They are also nice for utensils, napkins, and the like.
You can place several small potted plants in a basket for an instant "indoor garden".
Baskets are also a great way to hand out goodies at Christmas!

I have a Longaberger basket on a small stand by my front door that I use to hold stuff like incoming mail and keys, and I have one in the center of my kitchen table that I use to hold our fresh fruit because we eat a lot of it (and too quickly for it to spoil and we all like our fruits room temperature). I also have one in my living room that I use for magazine storage.

My laundry room is just off the kitchen so I use decorative baskets rather than laundry baskets.

Hang them along a wall for decorations.
Use them in a bathroom along with some greenery.
If you don't mind if they get a little beat up, you can use them to place silverware/napkins/etc. in during parties.
You can also use them to sort items such as mail.

Check out their website - there are several pictorals from which you can get ideas, plus a "collectors club" where you can get even more ideas.
