actual a jeep. no longer a Wrangler, a Cherokee. low priced, you'll discover quite some significant ones for below 10k. deal with it suitable it is going to actual very last you properly over 200k miles. sturdy, and inexpensive to artwork on and fasten to boot. even inspite of the truth that they are SUVs, they are typically smaller in length compared to an finished length SUV say Ford Explorer etc. you want a small vehicle, yet I actual does no longer get a sedan for driving contained in the variety of climate you're describing. Plus about ninety 5% of Cherokee's available are 4x4 so driving through snow will be effective. I particularly have one myself, i purchased it even as it had 135xxx miles and it nonetheless is largely clean. it truly is the perfect funding I particularly have ever made!

Probably not a Vitara as is isn't that small. If you are thinking about Suzuki though try the Ignis auto. Hope this helps..

for £1000 you could buy a Ford Fiesta in very good condition and it will last forever .
PS a Vitara costing £1000 would be a nightmare don't do it !

I'd say another micra would be as good as any. £1k will buy you a scrapper vitara.
Most cars are reliable if you look after them.

A mini is definatly the most reliable.
But you could get a fiesta for that but i wouldn't recomend that because they have problems with their ball joints and rust.
And what ever you do DON'T get a ford ka. They are death traps
