On March 22 will be my grandma's birthday I need a great gift for her do you have any great idea or best gift but not that expensive i want something simple but elegant, that is all!

How odd, this is my granny's birthday as well, but she will be 92. What do I give her, well she has it all but this is what I have done for her in the past I will go by take her out to lunch, then to her favorite shopping place and let her pick out a gift, I also tell her I have this amount I was going to spend on you and she is all ways well under. I have given her gift baskets of fruit, given her gift certificates from even Wal-Mart. If you grandmother is like mine she is on a very limited income and this way she can buy just what she needs, instead of getting something she really don't need or all readys has it. I even have gone in with other grandchildren and got a really nice gift. But at this age they really just want to be with their family.

Have a small party with her friends do the cooking and clean her house before the party at 79 I bet it would be of a great help to her, do her spring cleaning wash windows any thing she cant do or has a hard time doing, do it for her. Happy birthday grandma

At that age they generally have each thing they desire and desire and that i assume it relies upon on how youthful she acts...yet while our grandma had a birthday she looked as though it would hate something we've been given her and purely favored we provide her the money...ha ha so we ended up having to be very ingenious...the single present i presumed grew to become into sensible and great grew to become into an surprising basket full of greeting enjoying cards...great colourful writing pens stamps table certain..all great stuff no longer the cheap financial device packs...a brilliant determination in an surprising basket so she would be able to maintain in touch... If she's cooler than that flatter a luxury present and vegetation each lady likes getting that...a very delicate tub gown and luxury slippers...a latest-cert. for a Mani and or pedi a tub and physique-works basket with spring time fragrances...that's all I have been given good-success!

We had this same dileama with my husband's granny a few years ago. We decided on a music box. She loved it! It was the kind that was also a jewelry box, so I put a bracelet I made inside it. Another, fairly inexpensive but personal gift is a small scrapbook. I did one for my mother and mom-in-law with pictures of all their grandkids. Every year I make new pages to add to their "brag books"

well i dont know much about your grandma..but usually old people like pens they wear on their jackets...or just things that come from that heart that can mean a lot just because you gave it to them..i know that sounds corny but it's true..
my grandmas 80th birthday was last friday and i gave her a bracelet with the Lord's Prayer inscribed in it..but i'm sure you don't want to spend that much money on something like that.
ya so i would sick with a pen you wear..maybe perfume..a gift card to a store she likes..or just make something..i once decopaged a perfume bottle for xmas and she love it. (decopage is when you have a lot of pieces of one particular design/patter [could be nice paper or fabric..your choice] and you just kind of glue it on to whatever your decopaging..so you have kind of a layered look..but its not perfect) haha sorry thats kinda confusing.

Spend some time with her. Bring dinner to her or have her over to your house. Maybe bring a video she would enjoy watching with you from back in the 50's or 60's, something funny.

They love home cooked food and homemade cake. Have a small party for her at her favorite park. You are vey fortunate to have a loved one of that age.
