We have a lab/visla mix that just had puppies with a basset hound. We are just wondering what they will look like at a year old. Our dog is not even a year old yet.

most of the basset mixes i know look like what ever the non asset parent is, but with bowed legs, i have seen baset crosed with labs, pitt bulls, rottweilers a shar pei,
so i would expect them to be light orange in color and about the height of a springer spaniel heavy bodied and stupid

with a soft mouth and a medium prey drive, and LOUD

I am sure they will be much more playful as it is and will bark a lot! They of course will be much taller! And since I have a dog they will always put their tongues out and wag there till they have no more energy! They always wag their tail whenever they want to play and when a lot of people are around!
~You should trust me because I have a dog of my own!
~*Just hoping this would help!
