"I love you" translates to "te iubesc".

Now, there are several meanings for baby.

Baby as in human toddler: "bebelus"; when addressed to someone it transforms into "bebelusule". So you'd say "Te iubesc, bebelusule". This is almost never used, though.

Baby as in baby animal: "pui"; when addressed to someone it transforms into "puiule"; So you'd say "Te iubesc, puiule." This one is used very frequently, along with "puisor/puisorule", which means "little baby animal".
