Blank page of internet explorer opens everytime a window is closed?

everytime when i close a window,the internet explorer opens n give me a blank page. Is there any way to solve this problem.thanks

could be a virus/spyware/adware/malware etc...! go to a website like housecall and do a free online virus scan! it is free! and no software to install! really awsome!!!
