The Kennel Club website has a Puppy Sales Register (along with good advice on where not to buy a puppy & information on the benefits of buying a KC registered puppy):
http://www.thekennelclub.org.uk/item/436
I'd also suggest that you try the Champdogs site - any puppies advertised on here are usually KC registered as the site seems to be used mainly by breeders/owners who also show their dogs:
http://www.champdogs.co.uk/guided/all_welsh-springer-spaniel.html
Though they have no adverts for puppies at the moment you may find that a good breeder is willing to put you on their waiting list for a suitable puppy.
There are also adverts for Welsh Springers on this sites- though the ads may include both registered & unregistered, along with crossbreed - puppies & older dogs:
http://www.pets4homes.co.uk/pets4homes/home.nsf/PV?SearchView&Query=(FIELD%20TypeTX=Dogs)%20%20AND%20(FIELD%20BreedTX=Welsh%20Springer%20Spaniel)%20&start=1&count=10&SearchOrder=3&ExactMatch=True&SearchWV=FALSE&SearchFuzzy=FALSE&SearchMax=250
And, if you want to contact the Welsh Springer Spaniel Club then here's its website:

You should buy your puppy from a Welsh Springer Spaniel breeder as opposed to a pet shop or pet fair for example. The reason for this is that it is important that you get to see the puppy with its mother and that it is not parted from her until at least 7-8 weeks. Kennel Club Accredited Breeders have to comply with certain conditions - including getting puppies health checked and providing important information to new owners. I would recommend you get your puppy from an accredited breeder. For more information about the scheme please contact the Kennel Club on www.thekennelclub.org.uk

any properly experienced and correctly excercised and inspired dogs could properly be large with babies, and different pets, no count number number the breed. study about this breed all you are able to, and how they perfect respond to what type of teaching. then discover out what genetic subject matters are linked with this breed, and hit upon a breeder that checks the parent's to ensure they don't look businesses. hit upon a respected breeder with reliable strains, with reliable temperments, and grant you with a itemizing of those who could reccomend them. in case you flow for the most inexpensive puppy of this variety usually you receives what you pay for. you are able to get a puppy it truly is no longer medically sound, or it truly is temperment is questionable. hit upon a breeder which will furnish you help when you undertake the domestic dog. a reliable breeder could fee a touch more suitable first of all, yet what you'll likely keep on medical costs and heartache will outweigh the unique fee. even as no longer something is one hundred% certain, the more suitable you study the breed, and the breeder and the strains, the happier you'd be along with your new puppy. if you're actually not set in this breed, i reccomend going for your interior sight preserve and searching a puppy that appeals to you. the employees there could manage to compare you and your family members with a reliable puppy. also the fee will be more good value and customarily the puppy will comprise vaccines modern-day for his or her age, and already be spayed or neutered. and the shelters usually furnish ongoing help for education and different questions. reliable luck.
