I'm happy this morning because the sky is blue and Spring is the air. I'm happy when I have a good hair day. I'm happy when a favorite song comes on the radio. Happiness is relevant to circumstance. The key for me is joy, which remains constant in my life, because of my relationship with Jesus Christ. It is constant, and not determined by circumstances. No one can take it from me. It would make me very happy if I could share that same Joy with you, so that it could be yours .

Yeah, I have to say I'm happy today. Mostly because I am comfortable in my own skin. Even if things around me aren't the way I want them to be, I know that it's just for now and there are better things coming down the path.

Make it better? My friend could call. But if he doesn't I'm ok about it.

Nope, I used to think sex was the answer but at 46 and countless partners I find it isnt the happiness I seek and a woman that actually can carry on a conversation without beotching about their lives sucking or their kids,, someone that is fun to hike with or go to dinner and some knowledge about alot of different things,, a woman that enjoys exploring out of the way places,, someone who can crawl into bed and not put her freezing cold feet on me,,

no i am not, and i am still looking for that answer. what i thought would make me happy did for a while, but it crashed and burned. and i am sure i can be like that again but it takes time. and i don't mean happiness, i mean that deep contentment where you wake up in the morning and nothing can go wrong because you are on top of the world. it is a great feeling and i would love to feel it again.

Having reached 45 I am really happy and comfortable with myself. Just wish I had the body and energy I had at 18 to go with it instead of all the stress I went through then..........
Seriously though, live for the moment and dont worry about what everyone else is thinking or doing or saying.
Enjoy.........
