I want to build my body mass, with some muscle, but at the same time I want flat washboard abs, and I know to do that you have to change your diet and eat less calories, my problem is, I also want to build mass, and you have to eat more calories, for that, and train of course. I dont want to lose weight to get these abs, so what do I do?

Eat healthy. Yes, you're right about the deit and losing/gaining weight. However, if you eat healthy, your muscle mass shouldn't be effected by you trying to burn more fat. If you have fat around the stomach area, you need to get rid of that, and doing just what you know will do so. Work on ab exercises to help burn the fat, and in time your the fat around the stomach will shed and the abs behind the fat will be seen.

If you dont have fat around the stomach, and you just need to build the muscle, then do just that.

Eating healthy is always the first step.

Then, what has worked best for me is a lot of running, followed by lifting focusing on the upper body. This keeps the weight off you don't want but it builds mass in your legs running and whatever you work when you lift.
