I am not sure about rentals, but reception halls usually have projectors available. Check with them first before anything else. Depending on what kind of equipment your photographer is using, they should be able to just plug their video camera into any projector or TV and run it.
I hope this helps.
And I am kind of surprised that they don't have all the equipment you need. I live in Taiwan and every photo studio has projectors available. My friend had an outdoor reception, and the photographer was able to set up a video of the wedding outside the tent and inside the tent.
So if you have not already paid for them, check around and make sure you are getting a good deal. A wedding is one of the most special days of a woman's life, and a photographer shouldn't make it less special by being inept at his/her job.

I'm not sure where you're planning the reception. But I work at a Hampton Inn (actually at work right now...) and some are available to rent rooms, and meeting rooms for such events. I know WE are equipped with a projector for meeting rooms for an additional charge. Perhaps you could look locally and see what they offer. Rates can be very reasonable.

Yes you can....although a little pricey....if the reception is at a hotel, they usually have one for rent....front projector may run about 500.00+ (depending on the hotel) and rear projector (which is really nice) can run roughly $500 - $1000.00 (a day) also depending on the hotel. I suggest you type in a search engine "video projector rentals" in your area...and do a price comparison. Also, make sure that they set it up and you do a "run through" prior to the event...you wouldn't want any mishaps.....hope this helps....good luck and congratulations to the bride and groom.

How previous are you? this does not sound like it grew to become into written by technique of somebody waiting for marriage. And from now till September does not possibly even provide you sufficient time to plot lots of a marriage (& i think you want a appropriate wedding ceremony considering the fact which you want a appropriate suggestion)no longer to show prepare yourselves emotionally for this sort of great step. at first, it sound such as you variety of proposed to him and he variety of agreed. watching for him to "formally" advise could be a splash over the superb suited here. 2nd, in case you're whining over a technality of a appropriate suggestion once you're apparently getting married, you're in for a huge ask your self once you attempt to navigate each and all of the complicated circumstances which will arise on your married existence. here is what i think of: you've gotten been waiting for 2 years, yet i do no longer think of you're arranged for marriage yet. Why do no longer you in user-friendly terms call the entire difficulty off & go backing to relationship for a three hundred and sixty 5 days or 2? in case you relatively need the formal suggestion, permit him ask your self you & % the time & place someplace down the line - with none stress from all and sundry, inclusive of you. while the time is physically powerful for the two one among you, that is going to ensue. This concern feels like he may be feeling a splash such as you trapped him into this formerly he grew to become into waiting & he went alongside just to maintain from dropping you.you have the entire existence previous to you. waiting for a jointly as won't injury & it in basic terms could provide you a extra effectual probability at that fortunately-ever-after ending that maximum brides anticipate.

Check first with your hotel they may have one. Then check your local rental places. We had a friend that had the projection set up for his house (he calls it the"THE WALL") for his home and brought it you could look into buying one instead of a new TV for your hubby then you could use it at home. I can't tell you how the set up worked I didn't touch it wasn't willing to risk breaking it.

I'm sure you can for the right price. My question, why would you subject people to that when they just saw it? Personally, I think that would just be boring. I would much prefer to see a tape of them growing up and getting together (dating).
