I downloaded by mistake and now it's annoying me. It appears separately in my control panel, but when I click on add/remove progs it is not one of the progs that appears in this list. It was once, but not anymore. Anybody got any ideas please.

Switch off System Restore as back up files may be hiding in there, and it will just restore itself. Go to Start - programs - accessories - system tools - system restore.
Run your anti spyware in Safe Mode. To get into Safe Mode repeatedly press the F8 key after the bios screen loads but before Windows loads. You'll know if you made it because the screen will be at 800 x 600 and your pc will be slow.
Its easier to remove problems in safe mode because you can't uninstall a program thats running, and it won't start up.
Then run Ccleaner, use the Issues tool then the cleaner.
Restart normally and check its gone.

Use a programme like startup Inspector to stop this programme starting when you switch on, check your programme list from your start menu for this programme and see if it has it's own uninstall programme in it.
