My instructor was instructing me at the gym.He was a male instructor..While i was sleeping on the bench and was holding the weights he just happened to hold my hands to get the right form and held the area above my elbow for 10 seconds.I dunno why but rest of the clients started staring and checking what exactly was he upto .I alo noticed that they started giving scornful looks at my instructor As far as i know he didnot touch where he sudnt be.Then why would few stare at us...?

He might have some history that you don't know about. Check it out with him sometime if you want, or really feel uncomfortable. If you feel fine with it, let it go, it's probably in the past.

Either that, or he might have a girlfriend you didn't know about? That way, it might seem immoral to others. You know how people get, no matter what race or in what area, they always have this idea of what's right and what's wrong.

Did they think that he was standing over you where you could look up his shorts? Otherwise, his actions sound just fine. Above the elbows is common practice for personal trainers.

Go by your own intuition and not what others think. Ask them what their problem is or tell them to mind their own business.
