True privacy comes when you are able to talk to yourself without anyone's intervention or disturbance.

Nothing should disturb you when you introspect, whether it is regarding worries about your job, your friend, relatives, your future, politics.. just anything. Meditation, Yoga, etc are just means of achieving this.

True privacy for a human being in today's world is to be able to think without any interruption or invasion. With the kind of technology we face today where a microchip is now the same size as a speck of dust, looks like the last thing we have to fear anymore is the lack of privacy.
The world is getting too crowded to expect much physical space around each of us so the next best thing is to be able to have our thoughts to ourselves. That's the last freedom we've got; the freedom to think and the privacy to do so.

That depends on the individual. We all have intelligence to determine our privacy, but due to social and cultural differences there are many boundaries that are out of our control. Go to Africa and see women going around topless, do that in Sydney or New York you can get arrested. Go to a public toilet in England you'll have personal cubicles, but in certain parts of China you got cubicles but no doors. The list goes on, so hope you get the idea

The true privacy is felt only when you are in deep meditation.
