The protocol rtsp:// isn't related to any program.

When I type it into my three phone it says communication host not found.

it is a streaming format, which means it shows video while it is downloading it, that makes it seem faster than downloading it first. see:http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Real_Time_Streaming_Protocol
VLC - videolan.org will play it
so will realplayer and windows media player (i think)
