I am looking for a very detailed map that will show me the outline of every building in old San Juan similar to the way Sanborn maps show it for some US cities. Does anyone know where I can find this?

There are maps available when you get off the plane , at the major car rental agencies and when you exit the cruise ships. However, should you decide to travel throughout the island, beware! The available maps are in many cases inacurate. Puerto Ricans do not use maps, but stop by the side of the road and ask directions. If you stay in San Juan don't worry, the maps are good and you'll be fine!
Enjoy!

you rather cant purely pass to l. a. Perla & hire a property. l. a. Perla grew to become into originaly a squatter community. the folk who stay there quite often have their kinfolk that lived there. You cant somewhat sell a property there. the only way you may get a place there is that in case you had kinfolk there & you ought to stay with them or build on precise of there domicile. you are able to pass to the caserios (initiatives). some are somewhat undesirable & some are actually not so undesirable. yet you generally might desire to qualify for them. additionally the crucial factors of PR have residences & apts much less costly yet its extra rural, based in case you like that or no longer. previous San Juan is very costly. so for you to look into different factors of San Juan that are extra reasonably-priced, like Rio Piedras & Santurce. Or somewhat outdoors of San Juan like Bayamon, Carolina & Toa Baja.
