ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh you are refering to a peice of equipment like a frame that turns the body allowing your blood circulation to move around the body ... i guess .interesting question and i will be watching for the correct name as i dont know .

im not sure what your after but a gyroscope springs to mind , one of those circular frame thingies that spin you right round at different angles?????? otherwise i havent the foggiest.
