First ask yourself if you were wrong in leaving. Then ask yourself why you left. Next, you might want to consider whether or not what happened between you that cause you to leave will ever be fully resolved.
Don't be foolish if you love this woman. Consider it all, weigh it out and if you were wrong be ready to admit it and don't repeat the mistake.

It depends on why you broke up in the first place.
Also did you love her, because if you did you will find it hard to cover up or replace those shoes. If there was no love then move on, the work won't be worth it.

in case if it was something stupid them put aside ur shame and ego and go back to her.Dont be childish and take a rational decision only. in case smthin terrible happened btween u n her that u cant get over then its ur choice else just get over all of it, tell her how much she means to u and go back to her
