Two Passport with Dual nationalities?

I have two different Passports since I hold two nationalities ,and I booked for my flight with one passport,then I discovered that I cant get the On Arrival with the passport,while I can get it with the second Passport..Can I book a flight and travel with a passport,then I submitt the second passport on my arrival..Thats to say..Book and fly with apassport and arrive and get the visa with another one .

My son also has dual nationality. He's Tunisian (born here in Tunisia) and American (because of me).

When we travel we have to take both passports, and I suggest you do the same.
