I'm not sure what you mean by IPD...are you sure you don't mean PID (pelvic inflammatory disease)?

If IPD is correct, please post what it is an acronym for and I might be able to help you.

If it is PID, the symptoms are:
abnormal vaginal bleeding
a thick vaginal discharge that smells foul
pain in back, lower abdomen or rectum
heavy bleeding during periods
fever painful intercourse
nausea and/or vomiting
fatigue
pain on urination
You may have any or all of these symptoms. Early in PID, you might have no symptoms at all but they develop as the infection spreads. It is imperative to a have it treated as it can lead to infertility.
