Flu, allergy, cold(sinus drainage) Food poisoning, eating something they shouldn't ( meds, toothpaste, etc.)

Could be anything really. Call the Dr. if there is a high fever or of the vomiting continues.

if it's happening daily or even several times a week i would suspect reflux, this is getting more common in babies and toddlers and easily treated, it will improve with age but why be miserable till then see your ped and ask to see a children's gastro MD
