You need a Sirius FM direct adapter. It's available on Crutchfield for about $20; you should be able to buy it wherever satellite radios are sold for slightly more. It feeds the signal from the satellite radio unit directly into the antenna jack at the back of your radio, while at the same time cutting off outside radio frequencies that interfere. When the satellite radio is turned off it allows regular FM signals to pass.

Depending on the vehicle, you may also need to purchase antenna adapters to install the FM direct unit.
