I already run a lot and do press ups, sit ups and chin ups, and as a result I am very fit and I eat like a horse.

Can I change my workout so I gain musclemass WITHOUT going to a gym, as I can't afford the fees (I'm literally on a £0 budget). I have an array of bars, poles and boxes from an old school gymnastics club, can I rig anything up with these?

Would swimming be a reasonable option?

Thanks!

Absolutely! Sounds like you're exercising plenty, next you should concentrate on your diet.

Eat breakfast, and eat five small meals per day instead of three big meals. Don’t starve yourself during the day—many low-calorie diets fail because when you go hungry, your body switches to “famine mode” and stores fat for the coming drought. On the other hand, if you don't wake up ravenous, then you ate too much the day before. Stop eating at least two hours before you go to bed.

Cut back on the foods you eat with high fat and high sugar content. Eat only single servings (read the label) with less than 3 grams trans fat and 3 grams sugars. Your primary source of sustenance should be grilled boneless skinless chicken breasts and canned tuna (in water, not oil). No dairy (except low fat cottage cheese occasionally); no processed meats; no heavy sauces; no chips, cookies, sodas, breads, etc.

One cannot change his physique much as it is controlled by genes.

U eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day with only and only water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. In the process u enjoy it more and make ur body motor system tell u that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve the ideal weight effortlessly in a reasonable time.

Are you just sick of the standard diet programs were after the diet plan end the added lbs are just coming and coming soon after finish the diet? Are you expertise the reality that after your entire body gets used to a diet program then this diet plan turns into significantly less powerful over time due to the fact your entire body adjusts to compensate?

You need to do shorter sets with more weights and eat enough protein. Swimming is more of a cardiovascular workout.
