I drizzle the crust with caramel. On the top I add Whipped topping and drizzle more caramel and chocolate. My family loves it.

There are tons of ingredients that can be introduced into cheesecake, but starting with the cheesecake base will always be key. I work as an Executive Chef and we have our own line of cheesecakes. For me, blending some white chocolate into the base makes the cake richer and more rounded. Always use real vanilla bean or extract. After that, I think raspberry is my favorite extra ingredient. Good luck and have fun!

Graham Cracker rust made with butter and cinnamon crushed in a food processor. Using Italian Ricotta Cheese instead of cream cheese. It gives the cheese cake a different texture. You put chocolate chips and fruit citron in the mixture. Or crushed pineapple thickened with cornstarch and some sugar. Top Cheese cake with pineapple when cheese cake is cooled. I also use a combination of cream cheese and sour cream to make another type of cheese cake. It is delicious.

I like to substitute part of the cream cheese in the recipe with marscapone cheese. Instead of a traditional graham cracker crust, I use a sponge cake base. Serve with blueberry compote.

I love all the combo's out there. Chocolate, strawberry, cherry, blueberry or just plain. Cheesecake is the best in the world to me.
