another way to cope with your pain. if you put it on someone's life that you wouldn't cut then you shouldn't cut or burn or starve yourself or pull your hair out. anyform of selfharm is disrespectful to your promise.... i don't think you would like it if they started doing the same thing. please try to stop this and think of that person and your promise to them.

I would see a therapist. Pulling out your hair is an anxiety disorder know as trichotillomania and linked especially with OCD. These disorders are both related to stress.
In addition to talking to a therapist I would find an activity to reduce stress. Try knitting, exercise, taking nature hikes, drawing, dancing, keeping a journal etc, it just has to be something that will calm you, while also keeping you busy so that you're not tempted to pluck.
If you still need to pluck try "misplacing" the tweezers, plucking hair that isn't noticeable (legs, armpits, not eyebrows, head, eyelashes) or attempting to limit the time you pluck.
Trichotillomania isn't de adly, but usually is a sign of a bigger problem (especially if you used to cut yourself). Good luck I hope this helps.

Try to do something else instead of cutting. If you do it without thinking, it may be harder to stop, but if you do, it makes you all the stronger. Everytime you find yourself cutting, stop yourself and think, "Let me do this instead . . ." For example, you could decide to take a walk in the woods, read, or watch your favorite television show. Talk to a friend you can trust about your feelings, and if you feel you have no friend you can trust, talk to a therapist or counselour. Sometimes, professional help is best.

Do you go to the hairdresser? It sounds like you are getting stressed over getting your haircut no point feeling like that if it's making you pull your hair out go back to cutting it yourself. Your hair can also fall out if you are stressed and cause bald patches so you don't want that. Try massaging you head regularly to stimulate hair growth hope that helps

i don't be attentive to the way you placed on your hair, yet try something new , while you're making a swoop over to the area of your hair on that spot. you could no longer touch it ,like once you placed on make up you do no longer touch your eyes, with the purpose to no longer smear it.

Go to your doctor, you need help. You are still self harming yourself. If you live in Britain, he will arrange for you to see a CPN or councilor, not sure about how the system works in other countries. BUT PLEASE SEEK HELP.
