RELATION : R / 80 = C / 100 = F - 32 / 180

WHERE : R= Reaumer , C = Celcius or Centigrade , F = fahrenheit

Your is convertion of centigrade to fahrenheit :

C / 100 = F - 32 / 180

eg. if C = 50 degree centigrade then in fahrenheit = ?

C/100 = F-32 / 180

50 / 100 = F- 32 /180

2 = F - 32 / 180

F -32 = 360

F = 360- 32

F = 328


SO 50degree CENTIGRADE = 328 degree FAHRENHEIT

Use this equation: C= (F - 32) ÷ 9 x 5

Take the Fahrenheit figure and subtract 32.
example: 400 - 32 = 368.

Divide that figure by 9. E.g: 368 ÷ 9 = (approx) 41.

Multiply that figure by 5. E.g: 41 x 5 = 205.

That final figure is the approximate temperature in Centigrade.
So, (400°F - 32) ÷ 9 x 5 = 205°C (actually it's 204.4°C)

Take the Centigrade Temperature multiply by 9, divide by 5, then add 32 to get the Fehrenheit Temperature. This always works.

The last person was wrong about switching to centigrade. You must FIRST subtract the 32, then multiply by 5, and divide by 9. This also always works. Have a great day!

The formula is
F = 9C/5 + 32
or F – 32 = 9C/5
or 5 F – 160 = 9C
or C = (5F – 160)/9
In addition note that at (– 40) minus 40 degree, Centigrade scale and Fahrenheit scale show the same temperature.

add 32

example:
100 C x 9 = 900
900/5 = 180
180+32 = 212 F

or you can just multiply by 1.8 and add 32 to the product.
