Wraps are great for kids and there are an endless number of sandwiches you can convert to a wrap.
Here is how I make a BLT wrap
3 oz. pkg. vegetable flavored cream cheese, softened
4 (10 inch) flour tortillas
2 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 avocado, chopped (optional)
2 cups mixed salad greens
10 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1/3 cup ranch salad dressing
Spread some of the cream cheese on each flour tortilla. In large bowl combine tomatoes, avocado, salad greens, cooked bacon, and ranch salad dressing and mix well. Place on tortillas and roll up.
Ham Wraps
8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
4 ounces sour cream
1/4 cup minced sweet onion
2 tablespoons minced chives
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 pound deli sliced ham, sliced thin enough to easily roll into a tube
Blend cream cheese, sour cream, sweet onion, chives, and garlic powder until smooth.
Spread cheese mixture on ham slices. Roll ham slices into logs. Refrigerate at least 1 hour.
The things I also add to a brown bag are, whole fruits such as apples, tangerines, grapes, pears, bananas, plums and peaches. And it never hurts to thrown in some celery and carrots to munch on.
Instead of overly sweet desserts I make fruit muffins, banana bread or other flavored muffins & breads.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNDvd
The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Tuna, chicken, or ham salad sandwiches. Cold fried chicken. Sun Chips. Carrots and ranch dressing. Mixed fruit, like bananas, grapes, apples, watermelon. Lunchables (like you can get from the store). Sausage, cheese and crackers. To go with the water get some of those drink singles they got out now you can add to your water. They are very good and they have many varieties out there. The PB&J and the Peanut Butter and Fluff sandwich idea would NOT work considering Peanut Butter contains....um...peanuts! lol
