hmm, im live here in d Philippines but from wat I see, i haven't seen a filipina wid a black guy(juz answering ur question) but if uve got d money, SURELY u can date them...
Ive seen many filipino dating VERY OLD AMERICANS juz for d money... im irritated wen i see dos filipinas, they only love the money but not d person ><

Generally they don't like to date black guys unless there is money involved. Many filipino women find black guys to be very controlling and abusive and tend to stay away from them as much as possible.

I only know they are after the money and visa outta their country. But if they are really after black guys I wouldn't be surprised. Naturally black guys are known to be physically stronger than whites and have bigger penis's.
