Question: How much does it really matter if you do cardio first, or weights first? I know there is more weight loss doing weights first and then the cardio, but how much more? Is it that significant?

Doing a short and sweet 10-15 minutes of cardio is just perfect to warm up the blood before lifting. but, it is proven that lifting first and then doing the long cardio version is optimal in calorie loss....doesnt anyone know this?

both are equally important for optimal health. doing weights first ,however, fatigues the body too much and leaves no stamina for you to complete the cardio routine. doing cardio first will give you more energy to perform an effective weight routine.

cardio first!
then weights....

The order has no impact on weight loss. You're still burning the same number of calories either way.

The reason you would do cardio first is to get blood flow and heart rate up to avoid injury. Lifting cold is looking for trouble in the form of sprains, strains, and muscle pulls.

It hardly matters.

U eat only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day with only and only water in between. Chew each morsel at least 32 times. In the process u enjoy it more and make ur body motor system tell u that u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve the ideal weight effortlessly in a reasonable time.
