Exercise. You'll want exercises that focus on the upper back and shoulders I believe.

I would NOT recommend a neck weight or anything that attaches to the head with weights on it. The muscle in your neck are VERY delicate and are right next to vital arteries and veins - if you strain them too much you could wind up with SERIOUS trouble. It's much better to do compound exercises that will work the area than to do singles that will isolate the neck (its very easy to screw up your neck, don't do anything hasty)
